Sports betting giant BetMGM has launched a series of new features in time for the start of football season. The new offerings have been designed to streamline the sports betting experience.
The highlight of the overhaul is new exclusive betting markets powered by Angstrom, the sports modeling and analytics company Entain acquired last year. Angstrom’s play-by-play simulation-based pricing models were first made available during the baseball season, but are now being rolled out to BetMGM’s biggest-ever set of football betting markets.
The upcoming season will see BetMGM offer almost 1,000 futures markets including awards, player, and team props. In total, the operator is offering 450 different ways to bet on every pro football game this season, with differentiated markets being launched in the first week of games.
